Yoga can help you work with (not against or around) whatever challenges life may bring your way. It is an embodied physical practice that helps to balance emotions, the thinking or “doing” mind, in addition to building strength from the inside out.
I work with students to build strength from the inside out. As a teacher my goal is simply to help students come back to the present, and realize that we already know exactly what we need. Yoga is a tool to help us remember how to connect to our inner teacher.
